Javier Bitar is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Peakstone Realty Trust.
Javier joined Peakstone Realty Trust in December 2018, and previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Griffin Capital Company, LLC. Prior to joining Griffin Capital Company, LLC in 2016, Javier was Chief Financial Officer of New Pacific Real Estate Corporation, a privately held real estate investment and development firm, and proprietor of real estate consulting firm JB Realty Advisors. Prior to joining JB, Javier held various senior financial, investment and operating positions at Maguire Investments and Maguire Properties, including during the transition from a private company to a publicly listed REIT. Javier has over 36 years of commercial real estate accounting and finance experience.
Javier earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from California State University, Los Angeles.
Javier is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
