Craig Phillips is a Managing Director of Peakstone Realty Trust. Craig oversees all aspects of construction and development for the Company and has responsibility for asset management of the Company’s industrial assets.
Craig joined Peakstone Realty Trust in 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Craig was Vice President, Acquisitions at ML Realty Partners, LLC and Executive Vice President, Development at HSA Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining HSA, Craig held partner and senior development positions at various real estate development and construction firms.
Craig earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles’ Anderson School of Management.
Craig is a licensed real estate managing broker in Illinois and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) professional. Craig is also active in real estate trade groups such as the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) – Illinois Chapter.
