Chief Accounting Officer
Cindy Mai is Chief Accounting Officer of Peakstone Realty Trust.
Before joining Peakstone in November 2024, Cindy was the Chief Accounting Officer of the publicly traded REIT Veris Residential. Prior to that, she served as a senior director in the Global Finance team of CBRE Group, Inc. Previously, Cindy spent fourteen years in the real estate assurance practice of PwC, where her clients included public REITs and private real estate investment advisors and funds. During her time at PwC, Cindy completed a tour as a director in the National Quality Organization – Accounting Services Group, where she assisted clients with complex accounting issues and transactions related to the real estate industry.
Cindy earned an MBA in Finance from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, is a Certified Public Accountant both in the US and China, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.
