Bryan Yamasawa is Chief Accounting Officer of Peakstone Realty Trust.
Bryan joined Peakstone Realty Trust in December 2018, and previously served as Chief Accounting Officer of Griffin Capital Company, LLC. Prior to joining Griffin Capital Company, LLC in 2015, Bryan was Senior Vice President – Finance at Turner Impact Capital, LLC, a real estate private equity company; Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., a publicly listed commercial real estate investment company; and Senior Manager – Financial Reporting at Westfield America, Inc., a retail shopping center REIT subsidiary of a former publicly listed Australian company. Prior to joining Westfield, Bryan provided services to public and private clients of the Audit and Advisory Business Services group at EY. Bryan has over 30 years of experience related to domestic/international accounting and financial reporting, REIT tax matters, cash management, SOX compliance, acquisitions/dispositions, debt financing and other capital market transactions.
Bryan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles.
