Managing Director
Jay Venzon is a Managing Director of Peakstone Realty Trust. Jay oversees all administrative and corporate legal functions for the Company.
Jay joined Peakstone Realty Trust in May 2024. Prior to joining Peakstone Realty Trust, Jay was General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Ferguson Partners. Prior to his 18-year career at Ferguson Partners, Jay was a partner in the real estate group at Katten Muchin Rosenman.
Jay earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College, magna cum laude and his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, cum laude.
