Louis Sohn is an Executive Vice President of Peakstone Realty Trust. Louis oversees property acquisitions in the Western United States and is responsible for corporate finance functions, including the development and execution of Peakstone Realty Trust’s strategic business plan in collaboration with the executive leadership team. Louis also spearheads the sourcing and formation of Peakstone Realty Trust’s foreign institutional capital and joint venture initiatives.
Louis joined Peakstone Realty Trust in December 2018, and previously served as Managing Director, Acquisitions and Corporate Finance with Griffin Capital Company, LLC. Prior to joining Griffin Capital Company, LLC in 2006, Louis was an Associate Director at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) and an Associate at Secured Capital Corp. in Los Angeles. Louis has over 22 years of real estate experience.
Louis earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
